Absolute rip off. It don’t work the way it’s advertised. Falsely advertised.

It’s been a month since placing the order and based on tracking info, the product had arrived in the UK on 25th July 2024. There has been no update on this since and I am yet to receive my order, refund, or any correspondence from customer service. The fact the web store states delivery between 3-14 days, I assumed the maximum it would take is 2 weeks for my order to arrive (as purchased from UK) but I am deeply frustrated with this outcome.

Absolutely rip-off and utter rubbish, to put it mildly. I don’t recommend it to anyone. They took my money but neither refunded me nor provided the promised product.

Absolute rubbish company, tried to purchase perfume they took my money , but kept emailing me for further information re my address, they got full address and postcode first time and twice afterwards , still waiting for my refund, RUBBISH COMPANY , still no response from this company after they requested further information through trustpilot, which I emailed to them
