I am an AE in a Fintech company. Since joining Marcus' coaching program in Mid 2022, my performance had skyrocketed above 100% and my stress level decreased 50%. One of my biggest sales milestone that I achieved was able to bring 2 clients that were worth more than $5 billion dollar of revenue in my portfolio in Q4 2022. In this program, It's the mentorship, community and connecting with like-minded sales executive who are wanting to thrive in tech sales. If I had not taken action back then, I'd be a struggling rep that goes back to being a project manager/consultant who have regrets to sell.

BDR selling support ticketing software Marcus has helped me build confidence professionally and personally. I'm in a hybrid role where I am an SDR that is allowed to work a limited number of opps monthly to close. I sell a conversational AI platform for large companies' service desk. I haven't been in Marcus' program for long, but its helped me get back to and refine the basics + improve my organizational skills. As I'm working essentially 2 roles, I've been able to refine my outbound strategies and processes to be way more efficient. I've been able to continue exceeding my SDR quota with much less effort and activity while working enterprise deals and have several close to the finish line! Incredibly proud that out of 8 opps in 4 months I've gotten 2 so far about to cross the finish line while my team has a >1% win rate... Marcus is a fantastic coach!
