Absolutely Horrible Experience – Unprofessional, Unresponsive, and Unacceptable This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I have ever had with a company. I have made repeated attempts to contact them by phone, but no one answers. I have even tried mailing a check to their P.O. Box to pay the final statement and have attempted to make the payment over the phone, yet I still cannot get anyone to respond and help resolve this situation. To make matters worse, this company is reporting an inaccurate debt of $1,859 on my credit profile when the actual final balance is only $264.29. This discrepancy is directly preventing me from moving into my new home, creating unnecessary stress, delays, and financial complications. I am actively trying to resolve this matter and pay the legitimate balance, but I cannot get anyone to answer the phone or take responsibility for correcting the inaccurate information they are reporting. It is absolutely ridiculous that a company can create a problem of this magnitude and then make it nearly impossible for a customer to get in touch with someone who can fix it. Customer service is nonexistent, communication is terrible, and the lack of urgency is completely unacceptable. Something as straightforward as confirming the correct final balance and ensuring accurate credit reporting should not turn into a situation that jeopardizes someone’s housing arrangements. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this company to think twice. When a company cannot answer its phones, provide reasonable customer service, or promptly address inaccurate financial reporting, it raises serious concerns about its professionalism and accountability. This situation needs to be corrected immediately. Customers deserve better than being ignored while dealing with problems that directly affect their ability to secure housing.

This is the worst run company I have ever dealt with. No one does there job, they just keep emailing you to make a COI over and over without checking to see if they have it. I have over 100 duplicate, triplicate, quadruplicate and so on. It goes on for months only to find out they had it all along and it was ok. I loathe, abhor, and detest this company. You are a fool if you use them.

Zero stars if it were possible. RealPage's vendor credentialing process is a black box of contradictory rejections dressed up as "compliance." I submitted the required insurance endorsement, got rejected, fixed exactly what the rejection notice said was wrong, resubmitted, and got rejected again for a completely different reason that was never mentioned the first time. Repeat that cycle enough times and it stops looking like quality control and starts looking like a system designed to generate rework, not verify compliance. No clear checklist of requirements up front. No human to talk to who can explain why a form that meets state and carrier requirements still bounces. Just vague rejection codes and a portal that expects vendors to reverse-engineer what their reviewers actually want. If your business or your insurance agency has any real deadline riding on this, plan for RealPage to eat weeks of it through nothing but their own inconsistency. Avoid if you have any choice in the matter.

I got the vendor marketplace confused with vendor credentialing when I received an email from the marketplace. So, I created an account & paid $75 to submit. When I called them & realized it wasn't the same & they just use the same platform, they refused to refund me because it's in their terms. To me, it sounds scammy & highway robbery. I still have to pay $109 to the property management group once they get me linked if they link me. This is insane so I had to dispute the $75 with my bank. Why do they not give a grace period for returns...because to me it's scamming people. One your card is in their system, that's it.

Absolute worst!!!!! If I could give it 000 stars I would. We are a vendor trying to do business with one of our corporate customers. It's not a big job at all, so all of this jumping through fiery hoops seems absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention they are making us pay them! The registration process is infuriating. Be prepared to get your insurance company involved and provide all kinds of private information. This should actually be illegal as it feels like a violation of privacy. Going on a month now trying to get registered. It seriously feels like I'm trying to get a job with the CIA. Praying they go out of business. We will never accept work with another customer who uses this garbage.

Had to go to three different sites and pay each time. You have to buy packages in order to invoice your customer

Need my refund for applying to work and they delayed my refund saying I was not eligible when $109.00 is a lot to me

I have submitted COI's and documents on behalf of clients for years. It is always a struggle and time consumer to get COIs and endorsements approved. I upload the same docs year after year and continue to get notifications for non-compliance. I even chatted this last time and have the chat confirming approval. Yet roughly 10 days later I get another non-compliant email - call them and spend a good 1/2 hour getting it approved because there was no record from the chat that approved it. Very unorganized and hard to deal with. To me, it seems the EE's read a script and look at a template - instead of being well versed in insurance language and endorsements. I can only assume this is the case as I should not have to explain where to find the language and prove it is there. Vendors pay for a service that, in my opinion, does not have qualified employees to fulfill the vendors needs.
