At first, I thought it wasn’t working: I couldn’t see the image. But then, someone showed me how to use it properly and it looked great. Not only that but the bracelet/chain are of good quality and my wife loved them. Go for it!

I had a problem with a bracelet id ordered and their customer service was exceptional, very quick reply and issue was sorted quickly, I was very happy with the outcome. I have gone on to use this company again, I would definitely recommend them.

I ordered a bracelet as a gift for my friend and had an issue with the view of the photo so was very disappointed. On emailing to highlight this I was firstly given advice to hopefully rectify the problem. When this became apparent that it could not be resolved further options were given to me. This culminated in a brand new bracelet being made and delivered really quickly. I cannot fault the customer service, emails were responded to almost instantly, communication was polite, helpful and customer focused. They could not have done more to resolve this for me and I would happily recommend this company. The new bracelet is perfect for my friend.
