Vememo : Above and beyond expectations.
I ordered a bracelet from Vememo, and sent a picture of my dog which i had recently lost. The info regarding shipping ect was sent via email and I was updated the entire time. The bracelet arrived very quickly and was exactly as described on the website so I was extremely happy with my purchase. When I tried the bracelet on however although it was adjustable it was too large for my wrist. I contacted Vememo customer service via email and advised them of this to see if I could return the bracelet and in exchange get a necklace instead. Due to the personal nature of the bracelet and it being made with my dogs photo I was advised by Vememo they usually did not accept returns but would see wot they could do. The next day I received an email stating that they would send me a necklace to replace the bracelet which was too big and I could keep the bracelet with no charge for the necklace. My necklace arrived within a few days with the photo of my dog and I could not be happier. Vememo went way above what I would normally expect from any company and I could not recommend them more highly. Everything from the initial order through to the receiving the my items was exceptional and I would be happy to recommend to anyone.
