Update --- the compass replaced the item I ordered and I'm so thankful because it was a gift for my sister who lost her son thanks so much for making things right. I have come to realize that it was probably the transportation company that took the item I ordered This company is a fraud I was delivered my order and the box was empty when I opened it. They are refusing to take responsibility for my missing ring that I ordered. Do not order from them or order at your own risk

I ordered a bracelet from this company. It came with a fault on chain. Company responded right away after I emailed. Paid for return postage and sent New bracelet. Kept me informed throughout. Have had previous dealings with Vememo and would recommend them.

I feel silly now as I struggled to see the image of my 2 fur babies in the bracelet. Both my babies passed away awhile ago and I wanted a reminder of them. I emailed customer services who explained how to look through the bracelet and now I feel comforted by wearing a photo of them on my wrist
