I just received the agreement to sign. If you are considering getting a merchant cash advance with this company, you would be better off closing your company vs signing this type of agreement. Read each line, and consult with an attorney if you do not understand. Please do not make your business, as well as yourself as Guarantor, liable to such terms no matter the amount. IT IS NOT WORTH IT! Apply for a grant, ask friends to borrow money, stand on the corner and ask for donations, anything other than this. Other merchant advances have hefty contracts but not as bad as this one. Sheesh! If its life or death, I guess it would be worth it at that point.

Horrible experience

Velocity capital group was supposed to fund us $20k and they only deposited $15k. They took 5k in fees, 20% on top of the 45% interest rates they charged us. This is highway robbery. I will be reporting them to all the regulatory agencies and get these guys on fraud!!!!

Ya, only if you got £25000 to invest so is not really a start-up company. only for the well-off.

TOO MANY FEE'S

This is such a bad decision for new businesses. Really review your options before accepting these unbelievable terms. When your business is looking for working capital and you need help you are willing to go with what is offered. These types of loans will literally cripple your company. Be aware.
