I am being asked about my opinion for something that appears to have been delayed in shipping. It still shows it is in NJ. I would have most likely rated much higher, if I actually received the items. Please provide an update when it should be arriving. Thanks, John Conklin

Hey John! I feel terrible your package hasn’t arrived yet. An email with shipping confirmation and tracking number was sent to you when your package shipped, so I assume you’re using that tracking info to track your package. We ship using Priority Mail, so it should have arrived two days after we shipped it, which would have been 9/29. My apologies for the delay, but unfortunately USPS shipping delays are out of our control. If your package doesn’t arrive within a week, please let me know and we’ll ship you a replacement order free of charge. Thanks.
