Excellent service and product. I will strongly recommend them.

I ordered a custom card. Took a week before I received it. Couple weeks later I go and use the card while traveling, the chip doesn’t work. Thankfully the strip worked. I believe their website says I have a year warranty or something. I’ve tried to email several times and no response. I just wanna know if they have a warranty and what I can do to have this fixed.

Never responded to emails or voicemails. Generated a tracking number that never updated but stated pre-shipping for over a week. They advertise that work on your order the same day and ship it back the same day - lies. Since they never cared to communicate nor respond, I had to cancel my card and get a replacement by fear of being lost. Then, the card magically appeared a week later...the tracking finally updated...It was pointless because I already canceled it and got a replacement from my bank. You get what you pay for...the competition is more expensive but they are top notch in communication.

After several attempts to reach out, to confirm the reception of my card, no feedback was given, ended up having to cancel my card. This was over a month and half time frame.

DO NOT ORDER!! They do a sloppy job, they'll misspell your name or number and then ignore your calls, emails and texts. I gave them 3-4 weeks to respond and fix. Got tired of being ignored. DO NOT BUY!! Edit: the seller responded that they send me a card. That is a LIE!!! Plus think about it, if they did that means they store your data since I never sent them mine back. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

I liked the card. I just wish you had custom cards.

Best customer service ever!! And best quality card I could hope for. Definitely coming back for more.
