I ordered my first kit without any issues, it was fast delivery and was very happy. This time, when I ordered, I was charged double. I claimed through PayPal and waited over a week as they never answered them or me. That was settled and I have been waiting two weeks now for my kits and tracking still says awaiting shipping. I sent an email and heard nothing back. I am extremely disappointed as they are Christmas presents I want to do throughout the year and I paid a lot of money for.
