I ordered this in June, it is now Sept 28th. There is no contact information, the web address is invalid. the customer service one as well. Do Not Order from this company.

Bought the Veil body powder on line.... or thought I did. I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT! Complete Scam! They take your money and run! Do not fall for it! Keep your money safe! This was a year ago. I have tried everything, including disputing the charge thru my bank. Because I waited too long, I am out of luck.

Placed my order on 7/5/26 and it has still not shipped after 6 weeks but I was charged. No response from the company and not sure what to do next.

This review is for veil puff .com. not veil cosmetics. I did t realize they were separate companies. VEIL PUFF is a total scam. Do not buy. It looks like a lovely after bath showers product but it doesn’t exists. They don’t even give you an order number when you purchase - then the email address online comes back not deliverable. Do NOT BUY.

I placed an order, over a month ago. Never received my order. No response from the company. Their customer service email was returned as not existing. This company is like many others advertising on Facebook…. SCAM.

Horrible Customer Service. I ordered my product on June 16 and it’s July 6th and I cannot get any notification that the product has been processed or shipped. Credit card charge upon order. Their customer service is very poor. I emailed twice with no response.

Never received my order #1279. No response from company. I have not received a refund.

Order unfulfilled but no communication or refund! Will not respond to emails!
