As of 7/23/2023 I am back to square one…brly
As of 7/23/2023 I am back to square one with the same issue. This time there was an audible pop from under my car as the air ride suspension bag blew out. I am currently waiting for a loaner from dealership so I can bring my car back in for the 5th time for the same exact issue. My vehicle’s back end is now hovering the back tires.

Very difficult to get any help
Very difficult to get any help. Somehow doesn’t cover consequential damage even though it’s not in my contract but no one was able to explain why.

Thank you for your review Daniel. We're sorry to have caused disappointment with your claims experience. We've looked into your claim further and hope to provide some clarity on what happened. It looks like your electrical repair was covered by your plan, however vehicle batteries are considered as normal wear/maintenance items. Unfortunately, we do not cover wear items such as brake pads, wiper blades, batteries etc. This can be found in the "What's Not Covered" section of your plan. We are truly sorry for any confusion.
