Not your problem but it took service…
Not your problem but it took service department 4 days to even look at vehicle before they diagnosed vehicle issue. Totally unacceptable.

The only thing was that they would not…
The only thing was that they would not replace my radio when it was bad because it needs replaced and the rip in my seat it wouldn’t replace it. They said it was not covered, and I was sold on your policy that it would be covered.

2019 CRV electrical issue
The customer service tech kept in close contact daily answering questions regarding warranty coverage and parts status while waits for real air and provided a loaner vehicle due to prolonged repair time.

Overall good service
Overall good service. They fixed one side of the suspension but not the other. Said it wasn't leaking enough to fix it now. So that means I need to take it in again in six months or so to get it fixed. This should have been authorized and fixed on the first visit.
