So frustrating! I redeemed over 48 hours ago for debit card. Sent several messages and havemt heard a worl back, nor have I received my redemption. It says instant redemption. Not true. I hate to leave a bad review but you're leaving me lost. Update. Not actually it wasnt. It was denied. Thanks for your response back though. Some free sc would be appreciated

I have MADE A PAYMENT I HAVE PLAYED A FREE GAMES THIS LAST TIME I PLAYED I HAVE WON LIKE MAYBE 5.00$ WELL MY WINNINGS NEVER DID GO UP I HAVE ASLO CONTACTED THEM 2 TIMES ABOUT THIS AND NOTHING HAS CHARGED ALSO AFTER MAKING A PAYMENT I AM SUPPOSE TO GET $0.50 ADAY FOR 6 DAYS AND HERE IT IS DAY 3 MAYBE 4 DAYS LATER AND NOT ONE EXTRA $0.05.and support NO THEY WAS NOT THEY MAY HAVE BEEN ON YOUR END BUT NOT ON MINE.

Not really sure what to say here I joined dragon and after my first purchase I won over $1,500 on free spins on the crypt 2. That was a week ago I was spent the last 5 days trying to get kyc verified been promised it's going to be happening the next day and then it's delayed again and again and again it's now been over 36 hours since I've hurt anything from any kind of support even though I've sent countless messages and emails I don't really know what's going on but I really would like to get my cash out as of right now one star and not really counting on anything hope you'll change my mind.. Update : shortly after posting this review and without it even going out of pending they have banned my account with my win on it and told me that I gave them information that was tampered with that is a stark lie I gave them the exact identification I get I got from the department of motor vehicles and that I use as my identity document and driver's license honestly this just kind of seems like they don't want to pay me Update to reply: My verification document s are just like anyone else's my driver's license is from the department of motor vehicles and my bank statement is from chime and FDIC insured banking institution I sent you my full bank statement and my legal ID flash driver's license he took four days to decide to ban me while your customer support team said that you were working hard at my verification and should be done any moment just to find out I'm banned and I don't win that $1,500 that I won so much for getting lucky right if I could give it to zero stars I would I really hope you read this and make a change.

Idk about this site..when I had an issue with my purchase going through and messaged support... They responded instantly... But after making a second purchase and trying to redeem 100sc and the site not letting me redeem to debit card or bank, support response time suddenly turns into an entire day simply because I chose 'account issues' instead of ' payment issues'...that's suspicious to me.. Edit to add ..waited over 5 hours for support to help fix my acct so that I was able to redeem and despite one email response asking for my address (btw I'm KYC verified and sent two different bank statements with my address for the verification, and my address is in my account info...so unsure why such a random useless question) the issue wasn't resolved and I continued to get error messages when trying to redeem. I have since played the 100 down to zero dollars thanks to no help from their support staff. Also, I got one single bonus for $5 out of playing $100 on a single game, over 1k spins and the feature triggered ONCE with a measley $5. So good luck. I caution anyone who plays here to be aware of these issues I've just mentioned, I'm not very happy at all with them. The lack of consistent and timely customer support is what seals the deal for me, not the fact that I was unable to redeem, I get it, problems happen and they are new so they get grace in that area, but the lack of timely resolution of the issues is what I can't accept. These companies take our payments instantly and respond to us ASAP when it comes to a payment issue, an issue with them getting money, but when it's flipped around there's no sense of urgency at all, no bueno....I will not spend another penny on the site nor refer any of my friends simply because I can't in good faith say they can be trusted. The whole reason I even bought another package is because they sent me an email claiming they now have instant debit redeems, and I only play on instant redeem sites....but that of course turned out to be bullshit

I play on just about every platform but typically do the majority of my spending and playing on sites with instant redemptions. I bought in and played on Vegawins under the impression they had instant debit card redemptions. This is FALSE. It has now been 4 hours since I put in for my redemption and it still shows pending and I click on the link at the bottom of the page for “Live Support” and get a message saying to explain my issue and that they typically take 1 day to respond. How the hell is that “live support”? Very disappointed. Just hope I eventually do receive my redemption. But I don’t like liars or scams and I would not currently recommend this site to anyone.

This casino is horrible they don't let slots start up I assume because they are hitting at the time, they pick and choose what you can play and they are horrible and I definitely want my account deleted because I will never play there again..and if a slot starts off good and then goes to winning absolutely nothing obviously they are the reason and I don't like back end monitoring to keep my slots from winning cause that's obviously called cheating which is stealing...

I made a $2,000 purchase on 2/18 and played through 2000 free SC that came with the purchase. Since then I have been unable to redeem any of my winnings despite having wagered nearly 5000 SC worth of gameplay, which is well over double what their own 1x playthrough requirement asks for. I have 497 pages of betting history that proves it. I reached out to support on February 17th and have been getting the runaround ever since. The first response told me I simply hadn't completed the playthrough yet, which wasn't true. When I provided evidence showing otherwise, I was told it had been forwarded to "the relevant department." That was days ago. Every follow-up since has gotten me the same cheerful non-answer about still waiting to hear back. It has now been a week, I'm stuck without the ability to redeem my rightful winnings, and nothing has been resolved. The support team is friendly enough but at some point friendly doesn't cut it when the actual problem never gets fixed. Would not recommend spending real money here until they demonstrate they can actually process redemptions properly.

Have been waiting on a response from support for over an hour. It will not let me verify my account so that I can redeem my winnings.. what makes it even worse I actually paid to play here. Support doesn't respond do not play here
