Vegawin.comReviews of vegawin.com

Do not play this site COMPLETE SCAM I added 30$ flipped that into 250$ couldn’t redeem anything apparently I had to play through it 20x times mind you I cashed out this spot twice before didnt require anything like this for redemption, promotion was 30$ for 30$ random hadn’t played for months it was a lure tactic , I forfeited my winnings with high bets lucky they don’t have exclusion options and you wonder why & “Vegawin” before you attach that BS comment DONT npa neva playn again

I’m really sad to see how downhill Vegawin has gone. Now there’s a warning on here for fake reviews. This seriously used to be my go to site. Customer service was quick and helpful. Redemptions and promotions were great. Now redemptions are consistently delayed and there is a 35x playthrough on promotions that used to come with a 1x playthrough. A 35x playthrough is astronomically insane and exactly why I never spend here anymore. I could even deal with the delayed redemption here and there, but you’re set up to lose money now. I do hope they see this and go back to how they used to operate. They wouldn’t need fake reviews and they wouldn't lose customers like me that spent a ton there. Sad to see Vegawin, hope you all revamp soon.

Once again there giving me every excuse about paying me my redemption it’s been a week of it just sitting processing! Will not be playing this sight again

I bought a package for 10 dollars was supposed to get an extra 50 never got it wrote a ticket 2 days ago still haven't heard anything back!! Wanted to give them a chance i regret spending my money!!

I always loved this site, after my wife told me about it. Lately every package I purchase I can never seem to end up meeting the playthrough. I spend 30 for a 60 package and can playthrough 200.00 if not more and still can not redeem 100. My wife has wrote them on her account for this and they never will tell her what her actual playthrough remaining is left. Hate this has happened because we both spend alot of money with this site every week/weekend.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE THEY WILL HOARD YOUR MONEY NOT RELEASE IT LIE TO YOU AND THEN IGNORE YOU THEY'VE DONE IT TO ME IN THE PAST AND THEY CONTINUE TO DO IT THEY HAVE DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES AND THEY BREACH THEIR OWN CONTRACT AND VIOLATE THEIR OWN POLICIES AND REFUSE TO PAY OUT WINNERS. I REQUESTED A REDEMPTION ON THE 30TH AND THEIR POLICY CLEARLY STATES ONE TO THREE BUSINESS DAYS YET I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM THEM THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY IF THEY DON'T GIVE ME MY FUNDS IN 24 HOURS I'M GOING TO GO TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND I'M NOT GOING TO STOP REPORTING THEM EVERY SINGLE DAY UNTIL THEY'RE SHUT DOWN.

UPDATE….⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ Redemption….. (still pending since Sept 30th 😔) Customer Service (Angie/Mia) are amazing , always responding to my emails…. BUT…. The financial support is different….🙁 I’ve redeemed twice , each $100, with no issue whatsoever…. But, now I have a redemption of $4k, I can’t get approved…. I had recently given VEGAWIN ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, but now ⭐️ is all I can give at the moment….. I will most definitely update my rating & keep you all updated…. I’m not yet to say “STAY AWAY”, but it’s getting pretty close to it…… UPDATE!!!!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️(10/17) Still NO redemption. It’s been 18 days; still pending…. Customer Service is most definitely scripted… It’s very sad & embarrassing that a company takes your hard earned money $$ and not acknowledge their end of the bargain….. I really loved this site & my family really needed the “so called blessing” we thought we had been blessed with……..but apparently this WASN’T a blessing….. Just a MAJOR joke…… Stay far away….. unless you’re okay with giving your $$$$$ away…..

I redeemed on 10/01/2026 I yet to receive my funds
