i really was hoping that hype matches reality. fair to say it was not. quality is okay but execution and value was not really. i should have think twice

Made an order for the first time to try your company out. First, I get charged for all the items I ordered and then when I finally get my order (which waited almost a month for it) I did not receive everything I ordered without any credit back on what was not shipped as well as my produce not properly packaged. Most of what I got was wilted. Will not order again.

I was so excited to receive my package to only be disappointed. I had ordered 20 bundles and only received five the five I did receive were in good shape. I would like to receive what is missing.

This is my 1st time ordering from the site,it is the month of December. I ordered golden berries and yellow dragonfruit.As everyone else mentioned in their review about the packaging, it's true, ice packs were melted and the fruit was hot and mushy.

The produce that arrived intact was wonderful. However, beware of fragile produce. Everything was haphazardly thrown into a lidless box, without any extra packing materials. My gooseberries arrived scattered and crushed and my long squash was broken in half.

The gel pack exploded all over the fruits and vegetables. I expected recipes and a list of the contents of the box.

The fruit arrived green and as it started to ripen they started to show signs of bruising and mold. I emailed customer service with pictures of the fruit and they only offered a partial refund or a replacement. Update - Vega Produce did give me a full refund....The papaya was as I stated and started getting moldy within a week of when I received the shipment.

A whole pumpkin/ 2 types of eggplants/ red chilies / ginger / star fruit / goose berries/ quinoa Not good choices please stop this your picks I would like to order my own choices of your nice vegetables okra, green beans, bottle gourd, chayote squash , coconut papaya, guava etc.
