Produce was very good, but not avocados. They needed to be packed better as they were rolling around the box and one was about 75% inedible due to rot.

Product and Delivery Issues: - The avocado fruit was totally mashed and mushy - The bitter melon is yellowish instead of a fresh green color - The Chinese squash was mashed and broken into pieces - The ice packs had turned into 'warm water' Recommendations: - Provide better packaging and don't skimp on the ice packs - Ensure proper handling and prompt delivery

When I received my order it was late and the chill bag was melted and completely warm. One of the fruits, Pepino Melon was squished, warm & smelled and needed to be thrown away immediately. I was disappointed on how slimy the Golden Berries were and they needed to be washed multiple times. Everything else was satisfactory.

Some of the items were spoiled. One mango was rotten. The bitter melon was partially rippen and smashed. Some of the peppers had to be thrown away because they were also rotten and smashed. Items arrived very hot, I guess from being in the heat to long.

Beans and peas were great... lime was good.... asparagus and squash were not good at all... rotted looking... ice bags melted and box damaged....
