If the 4 malangas ordered, 2 arrived in poor condition with rotten parts that had to be discarded.

I am delighted with the Indian eggplant I ordered. They are not easy to find. All of the ice packs in the box were completely melted and the box was quite warm on arrival. The herbs I ordered were wilted. I also ordered walnuts and cashews which turned out to be out of stock so I was refunded for them. I was disappointed that the nuts were not available.

I am sorry to say I got the order but there was no Plantains in the box, I had order 5. A lot of the malanga were a lot of tiny pieces.

Many of the same items are shipped month after month. We were hoping for a bit more variety. Also, it would be nice to have a list of what is included in the box and preparation ideas.

The produce arrive on time, the only issue was that one of the gel pack spill all over the produce.

This is my third order and I would really like to become a regular customer based on the unique products they carry. I wasn’t too happy with this last order. It took longer than usual, the box was beat up when it got to me, the green plantains started ripening in a day and the passion fruits were small. For the price, I expected the fruits to be a little bigger, like they’ve been in the past.

The ice pack was not remotely frozen and everything was actually really hot in the box. Some of the quenapas were moldy and pre-split

I have enjoyed ordering from here because I ca get some items that are not available in my area. The service is great, fast shipping and everything gets here. My last order I just was a bit disappointed because the breadfruit I got was still too green and really couldn’t be used for anything. Otherwise everything else was perfect.
