I paid for their DA PA checker tool and it's been more than a month this tool is not working. I tried to reach out their support team a hundred times but no response from them. They are very unprofessional and not trustworthy.

To clarify, you purchased MOZ DA/PA checker access through our platform, which was actively working and being used by you. In mid-November, there was a temporary technical issue from MOZ’s end related to their API, which impacted tool performance across multiple providers, including us. Unfortunately, this was outside our direct control. Once the issue was resolved from MOZ’s side, we immediately restored full functionality and also provided you with additional credits as a goodwill gesture so you could use the tool without any loss. As of now, the tool is fully operational and has been continuously used. Regarding support, we acknowledge there was a delay during the peak issue period, and we sincerely regret that experience. We are actively improving our response process to ensure faster communication going forward.
