I recently purchased a pocket holster from Vedder. I looked for a week to make sure what I ordered was correct. I even sent pictures, and details for my S&W shield m2.0, To customer service to verify holster. Nichole told me this is the holster that I need to order for my shield> S&W M&P Shield EZ 9mm M2.0 with thumb safety. From Cristin @ Vedder> This is no problem at all! I see that you ordered for the S&W M&P Shield EZ 9mm M2.0 with thumb safety. Whereas in your previous conversation Nichole she sent you a link for your gun model, the S&W M&P M2.0 Compact 4" 9mm with Thumb Safety. This would be why you are having a fitment issue, unfortunately, since we mold for the exact model listed. Even slight differences in models can create a fitment issue. We do not make a Pocket Locker for your gun model, the S&W M&P M2.0 Compact 4" 9mm with Thumb Safety at this time. I do apologize for the inconvenience. Well, Since they don't make a pocket locker for my pistol, As shown above, Why was I told to order this pocket locker. I have no issue wit the return. But why do I have to pay for the shipping for a return that You fouled up on?? So, I'm out $11.00 for there shipping me a holster. + a return shipping of $18.00 that they don't cover. So basically what I'm upset about is, They had me order a holster that didn't even fit my pistol. Then had to go thru the B.S. of returning it. So I should have just burned $30 bucks of my hard earned money. Wont do business with this company ever again!

I purchased iwb holster. I received the holster and really liked it. I then ordered a mag holder and factory seconds belt. While looking at website for other products I found that they sold a bundle with all the items I ordered separately. I sent an email and Vedder allowed me to return the items I received and credited it towards the bundle. I am really happy with the products and extremely happy with customer service. Will highly recommend Vedder.

Great company for holsters, got the lightdraw OWB with the single OWB mag holder for my Shield X Carry Comp.. Firearm fit great real good retention.. 4 stars because I'm going to have to agree with a previous customer review on the mag carrier. It fits and holds ok'ish but not great you can turn it upside down and it will come out with a couple shakes.. someone doing tactical drills or something really vigorous probably wouldn't find it up to functional standard... But for everyday carry it is more than capable of doing the job... does need some work on the functionality.. Got a free v3 gun belt with my order, works pretty good for micros, compacts,or sub compacts good overall belt for your EDC, I just prefer my sturdier belts... Nephew loves it tho and made it his EDC belt. Can't speak to their customer service, haven't had to use them.. Processing and shipping was on point considering the negative reviews I've seen. ordered 8-28-26 and received it 9-2-26.. I did opt for the two day delivery tho, and I wasn't disappointed...

This is a terrible company all the way through. This terrible company sent me the wrong merchandise and it is literally taking me over a month to get my money back. Then they haven't even refunded me The full amount they refunded about 3/4 of it. So I'm still fighting for the rest of it, it was their mistake they sent me the wrong size for my gun. They are terrible. Their customer service is terrible! Buy your holsters anywhere else. But Vedder. Their motto should be everyone else is Better than Vetter. This is a terrible dirt company!!! I'm turning them into the better business bureau , and i'm getting my money back!!!

Bought a QuickDraw outside the waistband holster. The retention on this holster was non existent. It was completely unsafe. I contacted customer service and they offered to adjust it. The catch is you pay shipping back and forth. The shipping cost back and forth is 25 dollars. So, I purchased a brand new holster that was defective from the start and Vedders solution was to charge me 25 bucks to fix their mistake. Fabulous. Will not spend another dime here.

I bought a new holster and mag holder for my FN Reflex XL. While I’m extremely satisfied with the OWB paddle holster I’m not so satisfied with the mag holder. I called in and voiced my concerns but I feel that my concern may not have been fully understood, as the issue is not with knowing how to properly adjust or use a magazine holder. My concern is that the holder itself does not appear to be long enough, resulting in very little surface area for the magazine to sit securely within the carrier. I attempted to adjust the retention, but while retention changes the tightness of the fit, it does not change the overall length or depth of the holder, which is what I believe is contributing to the issue. Cristin mentioned that the mag holder is custom-fit to the firearm, but I am struggling to understand that explanation given the similarities between these magazines. The FN Reflex XL magazine is a fairly standard double-stack magazine and is very similar in overall dimensions to the magazines for my Canik METE MC9L. For comparison, I previously purchased a mag holder for my Canik magazines, and that holder was longer in length, allowing the magazine to seat deeper and feel significantly more secure. When I tested my FN magazines in the Canik mag holder, they fit noticeably better and felt more stable despite the magazines being extremely similar in size and thickness. Because of this, I am having difficulty understanding why two magazines with such comparable dimensions would require mag holders with such noticeably different lengths and fitment characteristics.

Poor quality and worse customer service. Bought a new Vedder IWB holster for my brand-new Springfield Hellcat Pro. The metal clips immediately failed to hold the holster securely in my pants—they replaced the clip after I called, but it never should have been an issue. Worse: After only 3 weeks the holster scratched my gun from the front of the slide to the middle of the ejection port even though everything stayed clean. I sent clear video and photos (including oil tracing the exact contact line) proving the holster was at fault. Customer service basically blamed me—asked if retention was too tight (it wasn’t) and lectured me on cleaning. No real solution, just deflection. Cheap parts, damaging holster, and blame-the-customer service. Not worth it.

I own several Vedder holsters. They are all great. Great quality. Outstanding comfort. Excellent concealment for concealed carry. Their customer service is Outstanding. Simply Outstanding!
