Absolute scam and terrible customer…
Absolute scam and terrible customer service! Avoid Miscota! My order never arrived, and my money was withheld even though I requested an immediate cancellation and a same-day refund. To make matters worse, they renewed my order on the exact same day completely without my consent. When I reached out to resolve this, the customer service team responded with hostile replies. This is a case of serious general misconduct, and I am extremely dissatisfied. I demand my money back immediately!
