I purchased Vcows to use it for downloading audio from YouTube, although it has the facility to do so much more that I haven't explored yet. The interface is pretty straightforward once you get used to it, and the audio quality has been great. Whenever there have been any issues, such as a glitch in a software update or an enquiry about using it on multiple computers, the support has been there to sort things out. All in all, recommended.

I purchased Vcows about 3 months ago because I needed a program that would not put a limit my downloads. Vcows has everything in one program. It contains downloaders and converters, for YouTube, ITunes, Apple and Spotify. Vcows is definitely a 10. I highly recommend it.

I really appreciated their support, which was important to me but not what they should have done for their own principles, and their constructive and results-oriented approach to my issue. It's truly difficult to find companies that value their customers like this these days. Thanks to the Vcows team for their support.
