My wife and I traveled with Vaya on 2 trips. The first was a 3 week experience in Peru and Boliva, and then a 1 week experience in Ecuador. Both trips were exceptional. The team at Vaya developed the trip to match our styles. We enjoyed (at our request) some very rustic and simple accommodations and then enjoyed whatever star level we chose. In every situation Vaya arranged a selection of stays that always gave us a very "local" feel. The guides always exceeded our expectations. We are looking forward to arranging another trip in the future and Vaya will be "the go to guys".

Vaya planned a fabulous series of sites and lodgings for us. We were met at every arrival and escorted to every departure. If we had been choosing hotels from a guidebook, we might have chosen cheaper ones but that would have been a mistake, because having spectacular views from our hotel rooms was priceless. The guides for daytrips were good, and the food was terrific with the minor exception of one packed lunch and one disappointing dinner. Both cruises were wonderful!

Our guided tour of the Belizian interior and Guatemala was superb. Guides were very knowledgable, friendly, helpful and appropriately conversant. The ATM cave ecperience was incredible. My 7 and 12 year old girls will never forget it. Tikal was amazing. Blancanoa was fantastic. Turtle Inn on coast was not as great. Staff there was not as eager to help. Coastal attitudes were much more Carribean.

I used Vaya Adventures for two different trips to South America. I was very pleased with what they did for us. The hotels or I should say the Boutique Hotels that they booked us in were just great and if and when we return to Buenos Aires we definitely will return to the Hoel that they had booked us in. Vaya is especially good to use if it is your first time in a country. They were very helpful. I would recommend them highly.

We spent 34 days in South America, all planned by Gabrielle from Vaya Adventures. We told her where we wanted to go and she sent us an itinerary. We modified it slightly and it was a trip of a life time. I would recommend Gabrielle and Vaya without reservation.

It was a fantastic trip with private guide and driver. We stayed in terrific hotels near cultural things we could do on our own. Especially love the luncheon under the tent after we hiked up to the ruins. The planned tour with our guide to Machu Pichu was excellent. But then we enjoyed the day on our own to hike up to the Sun Gate. So much in so little time, and everything flowed like magic. Excellent guides. Connected to good people down there
