All guides were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. All accommodations selected for us by Vaya were excellent. Vaya made the travel arrangements seamless.

All connectioins were well planned on time and staffed by friendly, helpful guides. All recommendations on daily excursioins were terrific. Would definetly recommend and will us again. Their efforts contributed to an outstanding trip

Working with Heather and other staff at Vaya Adventures while planning our African safari adventure was a pleasure. Communication was always prompt and cheerful, and they were truly invested in ensuring that all of our needs and preferences were satisfied. They managed to engineer a logistically complicated itinerary (7 air transfers + 3 helicopter tours, 2 bush camps + 1 lodge), and thanks to their meticulous planning, along with trusted and reliable partners within Africa, everything went off without a single hitch. Keep in mind that when you’re making a connection in the middle of the African bush, in other words “nowhere”, if a bush plane doesn’t show up, what do you do??? Didn’t happen to us! Vaya’s online personal travel portal made it easy and convenient to access all trip details anytime, as well as helpful information related to travel within Africa. The bush camps/lodge we stayed at were fantastic, camp staff and especially private game guides were exemplary, and the meals were varied and mostly excellent. Overall, we paid premium $$$ for a premium safari experience, and it was worth every penny for this trip of a lifetime. Thank you, Vaya, for helping to make our exciting adventure remarkable and truly unforgettable!!! We will not hesitate to recommend Vaya to friends & family for future travel, and are definitely considering them for the next big trip.

We have just returned from a trip to Patagonia and Iguaszu Falls. Everything came off as planned and proceeded like clockwork. Gabrielle, with whom we planned our trip, was excellent in every way, bending the itinerary to meet our needs. The guides we had were outstanding as were the excursions planned. All of the lodging was excellent, well located, and often exceeding our expectations. Our trip included the four day cruise on the Australis was wonderful—the excursions were great, the guides knowledgeable, and always cheerful. The fjords, mountains, glaciers were all indescribably beautiful and the excursion to see the penguins was an event of a lifetime. I have recommended Vaya to friends and will likely return to them to plan our next international trip.

Our agent listened to us very carefully when we told her what we did and didn’t want from our trip to Africa. She made suggestions and we chose from those options. The places we stayed and the guides she hired were wonderful. I’ve never been so delighted with an itinerary. Many of our friends have been to Africa and I believe that the experience we had was much broader, more informative and more intimate than theirs.

We had requests for a luxury trip, Vaya delivered on the choice of hotels and especially quality of guide and drivers, everything was on time and on the ball. Would recommend eyes closed
