Vaya Adventures was worth every penny. When we began planning our South American trip, it was within the 90-day window which required us to pay in full. We were a little nervous having to send such a large sum of money, but our worries are unfounded. They are a truly legitimate company. As for our trip, it was everything I wanted. All of our accommodations were 5 stars. Our guides were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. One of the guides even took us shopping for an additional suitcase and then provided us with a roll of bubble wrap, scissors, and tape so we could pack up all of the wine we purchased! Communication with Vaya Adventures and the guides was really good. Vaya has a portal that you can access on your phone that contains useful information including your itinerary. This was so convenient, especially when going through passport control and they asked where we would be staying. I could just show hotel name to the agent. We enjoyed how this trip turned out so well that we are planning another trip with Vaya for next year.

Fabulous trip taken care of at every step.

from our first phone call with Vaya inquiring about their services, to our last day in Chile almost a year later, I cannot express how absolutely perfect the experience was. From crafting our itinerary, experiences and transports, to answering dozens of questions we had along the way. Liz and the entire Vaya team were always responsive and made sure our dream trip came true! Highly recommend Vaya, and as a matter of fact, we are using them again next month to travel to Spain and Portugal!

The trip was first class from beginning to end. The trip was well planned and well paced. Our guide Gustavo was beyond fabulous. Gabrielle at Vaya and Gustavo made our trip fun filled and memorable !!
