Very good services/transportation/guides/hotels, etc.

The company was good in communicating our needs yet on the first day the expectation was not experienced. Though once I communicated with the chef , the meals were awesome.

Vaya and Natalie in particular made our trip very special. She took the time to really understand what we wanted and designed a trip to make that happen. Everything was perfectly coordinated. Our initial escort in Quito took us under his wing for our days there, getting us from the airport to our hotel, to touring the city and back to the airport. He then met us when we got back from the Amazon and made sure we made our next connection. The accommodations and tours were perfect both at the Napo Wildlife Center and on the Treasure of the Galapagos. My daughter and I had a trip of lifetime thanks to the folks at Vaya.

Vaya created an outstanding experience/ trip to both the Galapagos & Machu Picchu. The mobile portal had everything right there at our fingertips and the trip went smoothly because we had outstanding guides in each location, excellent accommodations, and careful assistance at each transition point. They answered all our questions and concerns promptly and reassured us on being able to do the climb at Machu Picchu and they were right. I can only say positive things about Vaya- professional, superb guides, and very responsive. I’d highly recommend Vaya!

Our agent, Noraly Barillas, was acutely attuned to our interests. She knew exactly what we needed to do and offered suggestions for what we could do to make our trip both efficient and also the experience we wanted to have. We conveyed our interests and then handed it over to Noraly. We worked diligently with her for a couple of weeks and then we were set. We checked every box and had a wonderful experience. Everyone on the team was dedicated to see that we had as seamless an experience as possible. It was a wonderful trip.
