Absolute garbage. I wish I had looked them up before buying from them. BIG mistake. The quality of the items are SO bad. Cheap and lightweight material that feel like its going to break at any minute. Do yourself a favor. DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. THEM.

The item ordered and the item received were two completely different items. As the other reviews say, there is no customer service whatsoever. I will contact my credit card and do a chargeback.

Do not purchase from Vavana. Absolute scam, took over 4 months for the product to arrive. It was actually from "Ali Express" so they obviously purchased it from there and sold as their own. Asked for a refund multiple times as item is very poor quality and paid over $80USD for the product. Customer service team never replies to emails. Policy on website says if item is not delivered within 35 business days you will get a full refund. 4 months gone and still waiting for my refund. DO NOT purchase from Vavana. Absolute waste of money.

A total scam. They didn't reply to your messages, they didn't ship the product at all.
