We take every report like this seriously. Our support and operations teams immediately investigated and confirmed that no deposit was ever received or processed for this user. We also verified this directly with our regulated banking partner, who confirmed that no incoming transaction to this user existed. Our records show the user deleted their account shortly after submitting the support request and stopped responding to follow-up messages, preventing the review from being completed. VaultLeap operates through regulated banking partners, and every verified transfer is automatically reflected in the user’s self-custodial wallet.
