I bought 2 identical styles of dress, same size, one dress fit and the other didn't, was too small, so it needed to be returned. When I contacted Vaugu, they would only agree to refund a portion of the cost of the dress, stating in so many words, it would cost me more to ship it back to China, so take it or leave it. While this may be true about shipping costs, Vaugu falsely advertises 100% money back guarantee. So it's buyer beware on ordering from online companies such as Vaugu, Noracora, and others when the items are coming from China. I will not take further chances and order from these online companies.

I purchased this dress to wear to a wedding. It is beautiful. Material is very light and flowy. I will definitely be ordering from Vaugu again.

I received my order in a timely manner and had to exchange one item as it ran a full size smaller, but customer service was easy to work with and exchanged it for $15, which is reasonable. I gave 4 stars because Vaugu Bohemian Tassel Drawstring Autumn Red Mini Dress ran small so the size chart was not accurate. But other than that, I was satisfied with my purchase.

Worth the wait! I saw a dress I had to have on a FB ad. I was a little skeptical but tried it anyway with a small order of 2 dresses, including the one I had to have. I am thrilled with both. They are true to size (used US sizes) and flattering for maxi dresses. I will definitely be ordering again. The wait was a little longer than I expected but not too terrible.

Based in Dubai, they avoid returning product unless the customer, you, pay freight! My order was $245, 2 items never made it (had to contact them for tracking) and only 1 item fit. Service credited the 2 non-shipped items and offered $20 in lieu of crediting approx $150 in merchandise I wanted to return. Horrible!!

All products purchased were good… delivery was supposed to be at the front door. It was dropped off at the garage door.
