Recieved my order quickly and in full. Products lived up to my expectations although the chacolate could have been hotter. The heat also goes away very quickly. Still extremely satisfied and will be ordering more in the future. Love the videos!

Fantastic customer service. We took the tour and thought that we had an issue with a product that we bought. After hours, the owner helped us troubleshoot, and he showed us how to use it. The fact that they stand so strongly behind their products is incredible. The products are fun and reasonably priced, and the tour is very worth it for fans. 5 stars!

Last year I ordered a mystery box for my family and I and we loved it, a little something for everyone plus we had so much fun. I just ordered 3 more boxes this week (2 smalls for the kiddos and a large one for me and the hubby) we are super excited!!! Keep up the great work VAT19

What started out as A big dissapointment after a month of waiting after making the order & having paid for it. When I wrote the bad review the company reached out see below . The customer service acted immediately& provided me the info needed to track down my order. It has been located and picked up today ! As promised I changed my review from very bad into a 5 star rating because you deserve it! Just 1 comment if you ship abroad please also add the tracking number of the postal service from country of destination Without it the parcel can’t be traced and the postal service doesn’t leave a note that your parcel has arrived this causes a lot of dissapointment with the customer who is waiting for a parcel to arrive

I ordered almost a hundred bucks worth of Christmas gifts, and it was stolen off our porch almost immediately after delivery. We contacted them, and Richard offered a refund or replacement without any questions, something they didn't have to do. It wasn't their fault, but they quickly fixed the issue. I would definitely buy from them again.

Customer service here is 100% great and friendly they understood my problem and found an immediate solution. The sight is great and has a lot of fun products for young and old to enjoy. Great dealing with a company with such high standards!
