My initial experience wasn’t the best, it felt like it took forever to get a straight response on the status of my order. However, I did get a response and when my legging arrived I was not disappointed. The fabric is outstanding, they fit perfectly! I loved them so much I just bought 5 more pairs! Now, if you could put a side pocket in them that would be great! Anyway, I will continue to purchase from your company! v/r, Susan

*****EDIT: they resolved my issue quickly and sent out my leggings and I received them yesterday and the are super cute. They are comfy and soft. Thanks for resolving my issue!!! I have Been waiting and waiting on my order for weeks now. And every time I email and ask about it they just send me the same thing: an order summary instead of an actual email apologizing for a delay or letting me know what’s going on. I wish I could actually review the leggings but since I haven’t gotten them there is no way for me to do that. But I am reviewing the website itself and I feel like the customer service could be a little more honest and telling me exactly what is going on. It’s very frustrating to hit a wall when you are asking for someone type of communication other than your order summary.

Hi, Elizabeth! Our apologies for the delay and inconvenience you've had on your first order from Vastitch. As per checking, your order has already been processed, but I already have this concern escalated to our manager and we will get in touch with you within the day. Again, we are very sorry for the hassle this has caused.

I wish I could review my merchandise, but I haven't received it yet. I ordered two pair of leggings and a jog bra on April 24, 2020 and I keep checking on my order and haven't received anything yet. I spent $185.00 on items and they are nowhere to be found. They keep emailing me and telling me my order is processed and nothing. I have ordered many things online and everything has arrived except for these items. There is no phone number to call, I keep getting a stock response and I was really excited about this, but I am not getting nervous that this might be a scam. The website looked great and I keep reading these great reviews, I wish I could have the same experience. I am going to wait until they get back to me, but honestly, I am not really happy with this experience right now. **Update...the company got back to me right away and I finally received my merchandise and I do love it. Soft, comfortable and really great quality! Thank you

Hi Christine! We are very sorry that you still have not received the Sports Bra and 2 pairs of leggings that you purchased from us on our website on April 26, 2020. The demand for these popular items has exceeded our expectations, and our stock was depleted. However, it has been confirmed by our processing team that these were already processed but having delay issues with the shipment due to the current situation worldwide. We understand that as a customer when you make a purchase you expect to receive your product in a timely manner. We know that we have let you down, and for that, we are very sorry. I will personally monitor the shipment of your order # 10750 and send you an update within 24-48 hours via email. Again, we apologize for this inconvenience. Sincerely, Vastitch Team

I have purchased 3 different pairs of theses well made Leggings. If you get the Holiday leggings there so much fun to wear and get a lot of compliments. The last pair I just purchased are the St Patrick’s to run in a 5K in Chicago. I have only 1 complaint. When ordering a pair the XS is automatically checked , it should Not be checked ! If you do not select a Size you should be redirected to Size! It happened to me and then I had to pay for postage to return. This is all in the programming in there software...

I love the fit, feel and design of these leggings, but I do not like that my VISA card charges me a "foreign transaction fee" for every purchase I make.
Response from VastitchNov 26, 2019
Hi Ellyn! :) Thanks for such wonderful feedback! Regarding the fees charged on your account, we suggest that you coordinate with the bank as we only charge a shipping fee in every transaction. Should you have further questions, we'd be glad to help, just send us a message at [email protected]. Have a wonderful day! ;)
