What if the support is really good. Misses 🔥 Fast, helpful and really human! I've written to them a few times, and every time they have gone out of their way to fix the things that were crooked, no copy-paste answers, just fixed. Just had a sales and demo call with Colin Shea, and honestly nothing but praise. I have been researching platforms to use for a while now, and have had a plethora of sales calls and demos, none of them came close to this one. He is clear, concise, honest, and knowledgeable about the platform. He answered all my pricing, usage, AND technical questions. He was honest about what's available and what he'll get back to me on. Honestly 10/10. I wont be searching anymore, I think I've found the platform I will use. Hoping to work more with their team. Culture trickles down and Colin was the best representative of that.

Was having problems with a error message that would not allow me to access instance searching. I uses the Help desk chat box and was connected to Emmunuel within the the tech support department and he was able to diagnosed my problem immeadieatly!! 5 stars to the genius techy guy for the day!
