Tried to cash out to my wise account and it didn’t work, contacted their support team and they said they forwarded it to their team and then after they just ghosted me and now it’s been maybe ~2 months and still no response. This company are scammers and won’t give me my money

I got unrecognized charges. Auto top-off was disabled, my card wasn't saved and my instances was deleted yet I still got charged. My account credit was going down on its own. Do not give this company your credit card.

Als Host von GPU-Servern kann ich nur dringend abraten, von dieser hochgradig kriminellen, unseriösen und unprofessionellen Plattform Abstand zu nehmen. Der Support ist an Inkompetenz nicht zu übertreffen. Du als Host wirst für jede Sache, die schief läuft, bestraft finanziell. Entweder wird deine Zuverlässigkeit gesunken oder wird dir einfach massiv Geld abgezogen, aber wenn du dagegen widersprichst, interessiert das dort kein Schwein. Stattdessen entstehen dir finanzielle Nachteile. Aber wenn nachweislich der Anbieter der Plattform verantwortlich für Fehler ist und du trotzdem eine Sanktion bekommst, bist du trotzdem der Idiot. Du bekommst keine Entschädigung, und es interessiert dir dort nicht. Normalerweise müsste diese Plattform verklagt werden und geschlossen werden. Update: der Support ist absolut unterirdisch. Dieser ist hochgradig kriminell, frech, dreist, unverschämt und lenkt von deren Inkompetenz ab und möchte immer den Kunden, also in dem Fall den Host, für alles Mögliche verantwortlich machen. So was Dreistes, Unverschämtes, Freches mit so einer großen Fresse wird ganz höchstpersönlich gemaßregelt. I hosted my rig on Vast.ai approximately 6 months ago, and the earnings are visible in my dashboard. However, when I try to withdraw my funds, none of the available digital payment options work successfully. I have attempted multiple withdrawal methods, but the payments are not being received. I have also been in contact with support, but the issue remains unresolved despite several exchanges.

I rented a GPU instance on a Vast.ai Verified host and paid $231 upfront for a full month. Shortly after, I discovered the host had silently reduced the GPU performance by 22% with no notice and no price adjustment — I was paying full price for a degraded machine. On top of that, the instance went completely offline with no prior warning. For the last 6 days I have been unable to work on the machine I paid for. It is simply inaccessible. I filed a formal complaint by email 15 days ago. Got one automated-sounding reply saying someone would "look into it." Nothing since. No resolution, no credit, no explanation. I paid in advance in good faith. Vast.ai themselves verified this host - a data center — that means they vouched for it. Yet here I am, weeks later, with money spent and nothing to show for it. I am now considering a chargeback as the only option left. I expected much more from a company I already spent hundreds.

I have been using Vast.ai for over 6 months. For the first 3 months everything has been working smoothly. But the last 3 months have been disastrous... Rented instances removed GPUs while still charging the full price. They restarted my instances without warning on multiple occasions. Copy/Paste function between instances stopped working etc. Support is useless because they don't know what vast.ai even does, they just tell you to try again and pretend everything is user error, not platform error. Don't waste your money there, it's extremely frustrating.

It's a scam! Don't use it!
