I am a host, not a client but I am gonna give my feedback regardless. Today I need some help with hosting related issues and my experience with the help desk was fantastic. Not only one but I was provided help by 4 team members. I got everything I needed help with at the end. I have been hosting on Vast.ai for years now, honestly speaking Vast is not perfect in every aspect but overall I think Vast is the best platform in the industry. It is not the most user friendly platform but it is cheap (probably cheapest?) and the available resource is abundant and diversified.
