I have been trying to return 2 items for several weeks with no avail. One item is way too small & the other is too short. The first thing they did was offer me $15 to keep both items. I spent almost $200 with them & any would I keep anything that is too small or too short for me. So I refused their offer & asked them to switch out the items they responded & said they were not able to switch it out it would have to be the same item. So now I have requested a refund for both items & waiting for a return email by them. I’m sure they will not be happy with my request. I will never shop with them again. Oh & it took forever for my items to be shipped out. Ok so they responded back & told me I would need to pay $19 to return the item I responded & told them to deduct it from the ridiculous amount of $35 they offered me & their response was no I would have to pay the fee. So then they emailed me & asked what do I want to do a refund or replacement. I told them a refund. I Will see what the next step is from them.

I tried the clothes on and they are just what I need/want.

Communication of my order was great, I received notifications of shipment and tracking. Super easy! Everything was packed great and my outfit was just as described and in great condition!

The website was easy to browse and purchase from, shipping was fast and i liked how the delivery email took pictures of the delivery so i know exactly where at my property it was delivered to.

The chest part was a little tight

The items came in timely fashion. The clothing is good quality very soft and comfortable Also the tops for me I could have gone up a size I ordered a small however there's no give But the bottoms stretch.
