I’ve been waiting for over a week for my package and haven’t gotten any word from the company or usps about my package so I’m having a hard time seeing this as a place I’d go back to.

I just tryed out my brand new Vaporx pen style portable electronic vaporizer that I purchased from VAPORIZERUSA. I have to tell you that I got ripped off, and here's the reason why: With this particular pen style vaporizer, you pack the herb in the heating chamber around the heating coil. In my opinion, that's a big mistake. I already have a plug in Da Buddha vaporizer that I'm very happy with. In the instructions that came with it, there's a warning that tells the user to be sure that the herb to be inhaled never comes in contact with the heating coil or else the herb will be ignited, resulting in smoke being inhaled instead of vapor, and to my great disapointment, that's exactly what occurs when I use the Vaporx pen style vaporizer that I purchased from VAPORIZERUSA. This vaporizer is a stone cold burn because when you use it as instructed, the herb ignites resulting in smoke instead of vapor. And the worst part of this entire unpleasant experience, even though the product was falsely advertised and is an absolute rip off, I can't get my money back because VAPORIZERUSA's return policy is: An item can only be returned if it is unopened. In return you can only get the same exact item again, AND YOU CAN NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK, NO MATTER WHAT!!! In my opinion, because of their unfair return policy, the folks at VAPORIZERUSA are unscrupulous and not restrained by moral or ethical principals. I would not recommend them to anyone. In fact I would warn anyone not to do any kind of business with them at all because of their unfair return policy. I know I will never by anything from them again. All I have to remember them by is a vaporizer that doesn't work properly, and there's absolutely nothing I can do about it. Thanks VAPORIZERUSA, thanks for nothing, you bunch of crooks!

Update: After posting my negative review, another person at the company contacted me and rectified the situation and also apologized. I wish his email had been the first contact after my initial claim. I don't think any customer deserves to receive an email, like I did initially, stating that you're not the kind of customer we want. I'm a repeat customer with vaporizerusa and purchased a combination deal with the Vapir NO2 Portable Vaporizer. It included extra mouthpieces and extra screens. The day I received the product I noticed the screens were not in the package. Also, the box it came in was pretty roughly handled but I didn't see the box had been compromised. I contacted the company right away. They said they had to review their warehouse footage first to confirm my claim. Days later they reported their footage showed the box being included in the package. Basically inferring I was lying. Seriously? All I wanted was what was advertised, nothing more. I had checked the packing material thoroughly. I will never do business with vaporizerusa again. I'll find a company that values a repeat customer more than a 10 dollar or less pack of screens. Sales 101- A good customer is hard to find, and a repeat customer is golden. vaporizerusa promises lots of items up front but doesn't deliver. Caveat emptor!

I was very excited to get my G pen in the mail, I used it no more 3 times and could not figure out why it would not produce any smoke. Finally I took it apart and realized the heating element is already loose and is coming out of the white part. It will only get hot 2 out of 5 times. There's is a short somewhere in it and I'm very unhappy. I had high expectations from this product and I'm very disappointed. If possible id like a refund or new one in return. I really thought it had to be good if had snoop Dogg name on it, but was wrong.

I ordered an Easy Vape V2 and paid $157.00 via Visa. The shipment time was fine but, the unit was not properly packaged and when opened it was cracked and broken. I have called the company twice and left messages with no return calls. Then, I resorted to email, got one response that stated that instructions for return would be sent to me at a later time but, I never received those instructions or anymore response from Vaporizerusa at all. I have since emailed once again asking to simply refund my money and send me directions on returning the broken item. I still have had no response.
