I was directed to the site by a different company in order to claim a bonus item. It was VERY easy to find the item & everything was smooth. I was disappointed to find I had to pay shipping costs for something that was supposed to be free because the purchase was less than $50. I still bought it since the shipping cost was still less than what I would've paid for the product but it was still misleading, I thought. But I guess my gripe should be with the company that directed me here. Other than this, my experience (I haven't received the item as of yet) has been great. Everything was simple & quick. Thank you!

Only issue I had is, I didn't understand how to get the free grinder, I liked it on fb, got the code, it didn't work. Still bought my vape. Emailed them to tell them code didn't work, they replayed back telling me I had to put the grinder in my cart, ok I get NOW. So I missed out that time. But I did order another vape pen and my free grinder, my sister also ordered one, and my daughter will b at the end of the month
