Is VaporGenie now a scam?
I am very concerned about my package shipped 3 weeks ago and still not arrived and they are not responding to my emails. I read other recent reviews like mine. Is VaporGenie now a scam? Edit 16/12/23: They responded and promised a reship if there is no news from tracking within two days. Really appreciated. Edit: 20/12/23: They have not yet sent it out nor are they responding to my messages. Edit: 21/12/23: The package is arrived today but I have not received any other communication from them. Bad customer service if not scamming but product arrived, buy at your own risk.
