VaporbrothersReviews of vaporbrothers.com

Excellent instructions and warm greeting, the product works even better than I thought it would.

My vaporizer is old, but they gladly fixed it, cleaned it, and returned it in a way timely manner! I'm happy about that since I really prefer using my vaporizer- it's much less irritating. Thanks to everyone at Vaporbrothers.com!

A great, personable company, and the vaporizers work splendidly. My husband had emphysema (successfully healed with Chinese herbs -- check out Wei Institute or your local acupuncture doctor). Vaporbrother's vaporizer enables him to still enjoy smoking marijuana without hacking and stressing his lungs. Wonderful!!! Thank you all!!!

Great product and amazingly quick shipping. My brother has one so I had to get one for myself.

Very helpful staff. Received my product in a timely manner and it works great!

I've bought several products (including my original vaporizer) from Vapor Brothers, and I can honestly say they are unlike many other companies. Good prices and excellent customer service. Who gives a lifetime warranty in todays times? I don't write reviews often, but will for a company that I believe in and want to see grow and flourish.

I decided to buy a Vaporbrothers VB1 based on a friend’s recommendation. I knew very little about herb vaporizers and submitted questions by email and text message. My text message was answered in about 10 minutes—at around 10:45pm. I got an email response the next morning and I worked with the same person to get an order placed. I received my VB and still had questions. I called the helpline and was actually referred to an advisor who, if I understood correctly, is a superfan offering volunteer support. In short, my experience with Vaporbothers has been outstanding and second to no other customer service experience. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

This is new and takes a while to get into it after 30 years of smoking with a Bong.
