VaporbrothersReviews of vaporbrothers.com

Ordered product, rapidly shipped and delivered. Thank you

As well as supplying an utterly fantastic product - these guys were outstanding in the way they responded and dealt with an international delivery issue that was outside their control. Just goes to show what a difference great communication makes to the customer experience.

My box of 8 years broke down a few weeks ago. It was well loved. I had trouble figuring out how to get it fixed. Vaporbrothers helped me the whole way!!! Great personal service!! I got it repaired and back in record time and it’s up and running great!! Love my vape box and love this company. I highly recommend Vaporbrothers!! Thanks again!

This is the best vaping device I’ve ever found and their service is just as good. Orders are shipped promptly and these guys are committed to helping veterans and the less fortunate by refurbishing used vaporizers and giving them away. I’ve been doing business with them for over 15 years.

I think Andrés did an excellent job assisting me. He answered all my questions and gave me a lot of help for my order which I recently received. He also helped me get a discount with the points I had earned and helped me decide what to get on my order.

The person who called was very knowledgeable and helpful. The order arrived shortly thereafter. Everything was fine.

They have stepped up above and beyond my expectations. Super love this company

We were able to find out everything in detail on your website, and placing the order was easy and painless. We had previously had a very old Vaporbrothers double barrel, so we were very familiar with your brand. We also appreciate that orders are customizable, and that extra parts can be ordered separately.
