I just found their website and everything I could not find anywhere else was here. I had been ordering from two different competitors sites to find what I needed but now I can order from just Vapor Authority. Everything from ordering to receipt was fast, seamless and courteous. Thank you. I’ll be ordering from you again!!

I have done business with VaporAuthority for several years. They have a large selection of vaping products and always fill my order and send it out very quickly. They also let me know through email about my order so that I can track it. For anyone looking for a reliable and professional Vapes supplier please try VaporAuthority!

I have been Vaping for more than 10 years. When I found out about SMOK pods I decided to try it out. I purchased a Scar - P5. I called SMOK and complained that the website did not mention that the battery was sold separately. They refunded the shipping cost. I am very pleased with the Scar, and the company.

Although, they didn't have my vape juice in stock Cameron was able to work with me to get a replacement for my order and get out to me quickly. Thanks Cam!! Would definitely recommend vapor authority for all your vape supply needs.

Over the past few weeks I've placed several orders here - shipping was always super fast, despite what I imagine being a much higher than normal order volume (upcoming vape mail ban/PACT act). Everything I ordered arrived in excellent condition. The reason I'm leaving this review, though, is that one of my orders contained 2 Innokin MVP5s; they worked great at first, but after a few weeks the first one stopped working intermittently. I contacted Vapor Authority, and Cameron R. was super helpful in answering all of my questions and getting me a return label quickly and easily. The next day, the other one failed as well. I emailed back and Cameron was able to get me a new return label to send both back. I mailed them out late last night and I've already gotten a refund notification - they didn't even wait to receive the mods! In the past I've always ordered vape stuff from whatever site happened to be the cheapest, but from now on I'll always be ordering from Vapor Authority. I expected the returns to be a huge ordeal, but it was so easy. Seriously, Cameron R was great - he often responded in less than 5 minutes (which was great, because I had so many questions that the whole process could have taken weeks).
