Again my situation with me not…
Again my situation with me not receiving my package is still not fix i order the 29 of January and it still hasn't move. If I can get a full refund it would be great since my cart still hasn't been delivered

Hi Brandon! We sincerely apologize for the delay in service with the USPS during this pandemic! 20 days with Priority Mail is absurd and absolutely unacceptable! We will be reshipping out another package for you right away, and as a token of our appreciation for your patience you may also keep the original package once it's delivered to you! We assure you that we did ship out your package with Priority Mail on 01/29/21. We'll be re-submitting in a case for missing mail with the USPS so that package will also arrive to you, and submit all of your information to them to track down your package! It seems that in some areas, the USPS is understaffed and thus even Priority Mail is taking longer than usual!
