Was working great but was missing the peace that screws on the bottom of the cartridge and then on to the magnet the biggest piece of the 3!

Hello Michael, I regret to hear that you have received an incomplete unit. I will submit a replacement for you of the 2 missing magnetic rings. It counts as 3 because one is already in the cartridge. One of our representatives will follow up with you. If there is anything else we can assist you with please let us know. Thank you and have a great day!

It's a decent vape for $20 but it would be nice to change the voltage and if it worked with various cartridges. I bought a few carts and they don't smoke.

Good, just not the best
Both the pen and mod I bought for my cartridges uses too high a wattage for them despite claiming to be the right wattage. Even on the lowest settings the tanks eventually start to leak, never had this problem with my old mod and pen. HOWEVER the customer service was great, shipping was easy, and the prices can't be beat. I'll be back!
