The products seem decent, but my experience with Vapepie Aus was mixed. Delivery took longer than expected and communication with customer support could definitely be improved. There are also some concerns in recent customer reviews about shipping origins and tracking.

I ordered on May 1st and order is coming from China, but I have sent emails, tried what’s app and I can’t get no response from them. The tracking number does not work. I don’t know what else to do, I would advise do not buy from them I think I have been scammed. I have bought from them for about 1 yr and had no problem but now I don’t think they can get through customs but they are still encouraging people to buy know they are not going to get products. I have lost about $300 so please don’t trust them

Die Lieferung war schnell hat keine 4 Tage gedauert und es war da. Ich hab mir Akku mit 5 Pods gekauft und es lahm alles aus Deutschland. Sende erfolgung von DHL direkt am nächsten Tag bekommen. Geschmacklich top. Wer sich Einweg vapes dort holt ist selber schuld die können aus China geliefert werden da sie hier ja nicht mehr legal sind deswegen werden nur akkuträger und pods von Deutschland aus versendet.

Delivery takes at least 3 weeks. I have done 3 orders now hoping 1 would show up but nothing. I emailed them and they say they are combining them. Takings far too long.
