I ordered and paid for items that were never shipped. contacted them 3 times through the website with NO response.

Vapecentric used to be top notch back in the early 2020s , now its a shipshow. I placed an order over $100 paying via Zelle (which they advertise) and two weeks later no order, no order confirmation, no response to half a dozen messages, webform submissions etc. Plus their number is some VOIP that leads nowhere. Save your money, time & headache and go elsewhere .

This company is getting worse and worse!! My past two orders have been delivered with wrong items which is a HUGE waste of money. Trying to call them is a waste of time because they will not answer the phone and they will not return any calls. They just lost another customer!!

Bought one bottle of value juice from them April 29th. It's now May 21st and it hasn't shipped. This place does not fulfill orders, I feel ripped off.

I'm really disgusted that I even have to give them a one star cause they don't deserve it! Beware this company is a scam! They'll take your money then not listen to any of your emails or voicemails when you never receive your product. I've placed my order three weeks ago and I've gotten nothing from them. Oh I take that back I got an invoice the day I bought it with an order number and a click here to check tracking. Guess what that click here doesn't work go figure. I have sent several emails and left several voicemails and got nowhere with those either. They have an F rating with the BBB. So looks like I'm not the only one that got scammed unfortunately. Please don't buy from them. Now I have to go through my credit card company and file a dispute since they won't respond

Happened a few times too many on delayed shipping. Taking a week to process and ship orders is fairly long. Not a consistent service. The delivery vendors are consistent, but the time from giving your money over to them and them actually shipping the product, it's not very good. If you can just add on at least one week from the time you order and pay to the time they actually ship, you'll be ok. Won't buy from them again.

Buyer beware!!! If I could give a negative rating I would. I ordered over $60 worth of product back in December and have yet to receive my product. No response to messages, yet my credit card was charged. This site is a SCAM!!!

I can't even begin to properly give Vapecentric.com the praise that they deserve. They have gone above and Beyond two separate times to rectify an issue that was a mistake on my end. They responded to emails within 24 hours and even called me personally to rectify the situation both times giving me their products which cost more than what I originally paid for this last time they even replaced a tank that wasn't working and sent a bunch of stickers and the mail got here within a day and a half. Use Vape Centric with all the hopes that you're going to get what you paid for and if not they will make it right
