Then they NEVER Reapond to emails, they’re voice box stays full not to mention I’ve spent tens of thousands with these guys and not once been offered a discount t! Poorest customer service I’ve dealt with and shipping is very untrustworthy I wo t order from them again In fear they’ll rip me off! Sim on the phone with my bank now contesting the charges and I’m done with these clowns

This company has REMARKABLE Customer Service!!! I use them all the time for my vaping needs and when my order arrived today I only received 5 of the 6 I'd ordered. So, I sent them an email with a picture of the invoice, and they got back to me in LESS THAN AN HOUR!! There was a mistake as 1 was out of stock, so they issued me and refund for the product immediately and it will be in my account within 3 to 5 business days! I am super impressed and recommend this company to anyone and everyone! (Of age of course!) Great job Vape123. I'll continue to be placing many orders in the future. 🩵✌️

I’ve bought the disposable Posh Max 2.0 vapes from Vape 123 for a year and have loved them. All of a sudden, they’re weaker, taste different and make a hissing sound after inhaling them. I’ve been a loyal customer but they’re using a different formula and cheap vapes. I’m never buying from them again. I ordered 5 that I literally had to throw away because they’re not the same at all.

Horrible business. Sent me a non working vape and have been zero help. They asked me to send a video showing how it malfunctions. Did that 5xs and they keep brushing me off saying they didn’t receive it. Really surprised they are still in business.
