Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear your experience with our representative did not meet your expectations. We're also surprised that you gave a negative review about an entire company based on one short (1min 17 seconds) phone interaction since that is not necessarily a fair representation of our company as a whole or the software itself. We’d like to clarify that while our representatives are trained to provide excellent complimentary market forecasts, their primary focus is not solely on ‘closing’ deals, as you put it. We're committed to offering powerful artificial intelligence that helps traders make informed decisions for their trading strategies.
