Poor customer service, ordered the honeybalm and it was clumpy. The owner was outright disrespectful when confronted. I checked their website for reviews, wish I had looked here first. They clearly cherry pick the reviews on their website. Their social media presence confirms the sentiment echoed here. AVOID.

I purchased the tallow and honey balm and my face got itchy along with my neck. I sent an email to the address that is put on the website to contact if there are any issues and did not receive an email back. It clearly says if not satisfied with the product please send an email for an exchange or a full refund.Hopefully I will hear back from them soon

Please note, this is not a product review as I have not placed an order at this time. I have emailed this company twice with a couple very simple questions. Have never received a response. If that tells anything about this company it’s poor customer service. Think before ordering
