I wish I read the reviews beforehand. What a scam. They took months to try to get the post published, and then when it got published, it immediately got taken down, and they said we can't do anything. We completed our job. Awful customer support, lots of fake promises, absolute scam. I wish I read the reviews.

scam artists
Wikki page: They did nothing, no research no link search, they just badly wrote copy that was never published. Scam artists. They say they will give a refund if you are not fully satisfied, that too, is a lie.

Broken promises, misleading communication, and a refund that never arrived
We hired Vanilla Heart Publishing to create and publish two Wikipedia articles. The service was presented as a professional, policy-compliant process with a 100% money-back guarantee if the service was unsatisfactory or the deliverables were not provided.
Unfortunately, the outcome was very different.
We waited nearly four months for results. One article briefly appeared on Wikipedia but disappeared after two days and was never restored. The second article never appeared at all.
Throughout the process, communication was inconsistent and often required repeated follow-ups. Explanations for what was happening changed over time, and important questions frequently went unanswered.
When we requested a refund, we were initially told it was not possible because the team had already put effort into the work, despite the contract clearly stating that a full refund is available if the service is unsatisfactory or the committed results are not delivered.
After weeks of back-and-forth, the company eventually agreed in writing to issue a full refund. On January 26, we were told the refund would be processed within 7 business days.
It has now been 6 weeks since that promise, and the refund has still not arrived. Instead, the same pattern continues: vague responses, statements that the payment will be sent “soon,” and no proof of transfer or transaction reference.
At this point the project produced no usable outcome, and even after agreeing to refund the payment, the company has still not followed through.

The claim vs reality
They claim they will get you a wiki page, but they just 'write' a page, and there is no indication that the page is ever submitted.
No matter how many links you share, they are never good enough, and they want more money to 'create links'.

My Positive Experience!
I am absolutely delighted to share my experience working with them. As a professional voice talent, I recognize how important it is to present a clear and compelling public profile.
From the first conversation, Ben listened closely to what I wanted, a page that accurately reflects my voice acting career, highlights my experience and credits, and presents everything in a polished, professional design.
What impressed me most:
They captured the essence of my work as a voice actor, conveying both the breadth of my roles and the passion I bring to the craft.
The layout and visuals were clean, engaging, and easy to navigate, the biography was presented in a way that felt authentic and professional.
My project managers, Valerie and Justin handled edits and refinements quickly and smoothly and any time I asked for a tweak (be it wording, layout, or image placement) they were accommodating and delivered.
They kept me informed every step of the way and made the whole process feel collaborative
Thanks to their excellent work, I now feel proud and confident to share my page with clients, casting directors, and colleagues.
I wholeheartedly recommend Vanilla Heart Publishing and especially Ben to anyone looking for a professional, quality page that truly represents their career.
I am sure they are being targeted here by competitors trying to discredit their honest work and leaving negative reviews as my experience was nothing short of wonderful!

Hi Kevin,
We’re truly grateful for your detailed and heartfelt review. It’s wonderful to know you felt heard and supported throughout the process. Ben, Valerie, and Justin will be delighted to hear your kind words. We take pride in creating authentic, professional profiles and it’s reassuring to see our commitment reflected in your experience. Your acknowledgment of our honest practices means a lot, especially in times when misinformation can easily spread.
Regards,
Team Vanilla Heart Publishing.

Total SCAMMERS.
Total SCAM. They lure you in with "Get posted on Wiki for $399!" then after payment they advise that you will NOT publish without the help of their other services (costing 1000s!). No refunds. Total bait-n-switch SCAM!

It's a long scam
I placed my order for a Wikipedia listing at the beginning of this year. They said it would take 8-10 weeks. It's been about 6 months of getting constant "it will be live next week" "they are just finishing up, I'll send you the link when it's live" replies every time I reach out to them (they never reach out to me, I can go weeks without hearing anything until I follow up again). I would have been happier had they just said "sorry, Wikipedia rejected it, there's nothing we can do." Do not give them your money, it is a scam.
