Is Vancei a scam or what?! After reading multiple customer reviews…
After reading multiple customer reviews and researching this company further, I decided not to move forward with purchasing the Vancei lighting and furniture.. they have an Arhaus Astor 24” chestnut wood marble-top bedroom side tables. As beautiful as the pieces look online, I’m not willing to risk spending my hard-earned money with a company that raises this many concerns around customer service, communication, and delivery transparency. What immediately stood out to me was how difficult it is to get clear answers from anyone before making a major purchase. When you’re trying to spend thousands of dollars on furniture, vague one-word responses and delayed communication are unacceptable. Their shipping information is also extremely unclear, especially for large furniture items, which is a major red flag for customers trying to make informed decisions. I also noticed inconsistencies regarding their business presence. There appears to be a Los Angeles phone number associated with the company while other information points to Denver or overseas fulfillment, and that lack of transparency makes the entire buying process feel questionable. I cannot confirm whether the company is a scam, but I can absolutely understand why customers are frustrated and hesitant after reading so many complaints online. Several public reviews and discussions mention delayed deliveries, damaged items, refund issues, poor follow-up communication, and customers struggling to get proper resolutions after spending large amounts of money. (Better Business Bureau) A luxury furniture company should provide luxury-level communication, clarity, accountability, and customer care, especially when asking customers to trust them with expensive purchases. You can't EVER get anyone in the phone. Instead, many of Vancei reviews seem filled with excuses, inconsistent responses, and unresolved frustrations. Google seriously needs to look closer at companies like this because consumers should not have to investigate whether they’ll actually receive the products they paid for. I work too hard for my money to gamble on stress, aggravation, and uncertainty. Beautiful furniture means nothing if the customer experience is this concerning.
